10 small businesses won big by telling their tech stories
Thank you to all the filmmakers and businesses that participated in the 2015 Real Stories video contest. We were truly inspired by the business stories you captured and wanted to thank everyone who entered. We received submissions from more than 55 creative video professionals from all around the country who shared stories of small-business owners using technology to help their businesses grow.
Winners from our eight finalists include a shoemaker who allows you to order custom-made vegan shoes using your smartphone and Instagram®, a 1,000-acre farm that is using drones, GPS, and cloud storage to stay on top of its operations, and a company that creates eco-friendly plush toys that help educate the public and give back to endangered species. All of these businesses showcased the many ways technology plays a vital role in day-to-day operations. Scroll down below to view all of the winners, and share your favorites.
